I agree with Marisol. The red arrows are very clever, but it's a little difficult to read the R. However, I think it works. And the bottom could be really nice with some minor tweaking.

I like the one with the green R and the one with the red half arrow, it's a little hard to tell that it's an R but I still think it looks good.

I like the idea you have going on the green one, I would just use the anchor points to smooth out the curve on the arrow and a easier to read font.
I'm with these guys, the green and red ones are my favorite. I think I like the green one best. The others are just a little too squished.
