D2 new assignment (also on Bb)

Design more than 1 typographical (look at the logo powerpoint) logo for each of the following 2 companies:
Typographical logos have an emphasis on the typography (the text).  The ground is almost always white and there are very few graphic elements like shields, crests, extra shapes, etc.  You can however find ways to alter the letters so that they serve multiple functions, but don't get too cute because ultimately the word(s) need to be readable.
As always, you should make several versions and then select the most successful one.  I will allow you to post the best 2 that you come up with.

Wind Valley Tree Farm
    Location - Anaconda, MT
Supplier of lumber to large home stores like Lowe's and Home Depot.
They specialize in pine trees, but also grow other varieties.  The company ships all over the country, but wants to stress the importance of local sustainability and respect for the environment.

Bubba's Bar-B-Q
    Location - NYC
Small chain of restaurants located throughout the NYC metro area.  Barbecue is not very common in this area and Bubba wants his logo to illustrate his southern roots (Carolina style) in order to reinforce his foods authenticity.  The logo should be typographical in nature, but should go beyond simple text in order to achieve the style and message he is looking for.  Bubba's has used orange as the main color in the past and he wants this to continue with a fresh, new look that incorporates another color along with orange.
Remember to title your post properly.
Strong logos will first begin with drawings in your sketchbook.
