Enhance your eyes and make them pop!

First 'File'>'Open' your image.

Go to 'Dodge' Tool and select 'Midtones', set exposure to about 25.
Float the Dodge Tool over the each iris and lighten them a little. About 1-2 rollovers.

Now, change 'Midtones' to 'Highlights' and do the same thing with the irises.

Next, choose the 'Burn' Tool and set the exposure to about 21. Go over the rims of the irises to make them stand out more.

After applying the Burn, you need to select with the selection tools, such as the magic wand, the iris color part. After making the selection, you need to right click with your mouse, and choose the 'Feather'. With this choice, make it about 5 pixels to make it look light and smooth.

Now choose the 'Layer' column at the top>'Layer Via Copy'

Set the blending options to 'Screen'. You can always change the Opacity if your end product looks like too much.
