D1-Tutorial #3 How to add lighting effects

Open image downtown Oklahoma city.

Add new layer.

 On tool bar click on paint brush. Change color to yellow, also change brush side 2 and soft at 68%.

Paint two lighting, if you not sure about lighting. Go to google or yahoo type image lighting.

 

 

Click on smudge tool.

Click on Hue/Satuation change color lighting you want.

After you finish, go to layer & flatten Image.

Save the image.
