D2 tutorial

Step2: Use the type tool to open a text box and type a column of two-word text. Bold the second word  
Step3: Create two more text boxes like the one created in step 2.  Right align the box to the far right.

Step4: Save each textbox as a new symbol by going to symbols, then selecting new symbol

Step5: Create a rectangle that is 160 x160

Step6: Go to Effects 3D Extrude and Bevel. Apply the following:

Step7: Select map art one right side of the Effects 3D Extrude and Bevel box.

Step8: Select symbols and choose the 1st new symbol created and resize it so it fits
square.

Step9: Do the same with surfaces 5 and 6 using the other two symbols created

Step10: Now click OK

Step11: Go to Object , Expand Apperance

Step12: With the direct selection tool select the corners of the cube and press delete twice

Step13:  Select the whole cube and make the fill color black and the stroke none
