Cool Lines

First create a new document with settings below......

.......then fill it with black.

Create a new layer and fill it with white like shown.

Go to Filter/Render/Fibers........

.......and apply the following settings.

Then go to Filter/Blur/Motion Blur.........

......and apply the following settings.
Apply a gradient overlay with the following settings and which ever color bar you choose from the drop down gradient tab and click ok.

Convert the layer to a smart object.........

.....and then duplicate the layer.
Then make the black background layer invisible for the moment.......

.......and go to Layer/Merge Visible.

Then go to Image/Adjustments/Levels..........

.......and customize the settings to your liking, for this I used 130/1.00/255 and click ok.
 Then go to Edit/Free Transform..........

.......and turn image 45 degrees and stretch to the corners like shown and apply settings.

Turn back on the black background to make visible again.

And there you have some cool lines effect. NOTE: Some of the settings can be adjusted for a different or better visual. Play around with it and have fun!!!!
