D1-Tutorial 3 J. Clark (how to create a landscape change image)

How to Create a Landscape Change Image
This tutorial is about the landscape change effect,
which you can apple for any image that you want.

1.)open image, go to image> image size to reduce the size of the photo to 1000px width and 669x height.
2.) copy background layer using ctrl+J, turn off the visibility f the background layer (eye indicates layer visibility) and do not touch it, work with layer 1 copy change blending mode on layer to color burn to increase saturation.
3.)copy the layer once again and change blending mode to screen on the second copied layer(it will be able all the layers).
4.)merge all the visible layers into one using layer>merge visible(ctrl+shift+E) after merging layers apply image>adjustments>color balance to the layer. (+41 , -16, -32.)
5.)copy this layer using ctrl+j and apply image>adjustments>brightness/contrast to it.
6.)change blending mode to saturation to this layer.
7.) there should be 3 layers at the moment background layer with the original image (visibility turned off) the layer with edited image and the upper layer with very bright colors. turn on visibility of the background layer and go to layer> new> layer from background. finally move above all layers.
8.) apply to this layer image> adjustment> hue/saturation. HUE 0 SATURATION -50, AND LIGHTNESS -20
9.) using the rec. marquee tool select left part of picture.
10.) apply transformation to this area using edit> transform> warp.
11.) the turn down upper corner like a page.
12.) do the same things for the other side.
13.) under the fold corners shade as needed for this purpose well create a new layer assign soft light layer blending option mode to it. choose soft-edge brush 80px in diameter black 50% opacity and with help of brush tool darken the area under folded corners.
14.) to increase contrast light edges and corners again with brush tool (while lightening we shift black color to white. then you have your finished image.
