D1-Tutorial #3 How to make rain-Teresa

To create rain start by creating a new layer.

Select the Bucket Tool and then your colors must be black and white.

Fill the new layer with black.

Choose Filter, Render, Fibers

Change the Variance to 64 and decrease the opacity to 34%. You can adjust these to your liking.

Go to Filter, Blur, Motion Blur and then you can adjust the angle and distance.

Change the Angle to -60 and the Distance to 62 and again adjust these to what you like best.

Now you have a photo with rain.
