Cool background design 

This is a quick and easy tutorial on how to make a cool, crystalized look to make as a background. 

This can be used for wallpapers, posters, etc. 

First start with a new file

Now add a new layer

Go to your tool bar

Choose the gradient tool

Select the gradient's option drop-down bar

When this window pops up, go down to gradient type,  and select noise

I put roughness to 100%, but do what you will for your own needs. Make sure color model is at RGB. And finally select a color, preferably being light.

Now add gradients in different orientations in several separate layers

Now add overlaying effects to each layer to get desired effect.

Now you have your cool background that you can apply to anything you see fit
