community blog with contributions from East Central University students enrolled in Digital Imaging I and Digital Imaging II. Students are expected to maintain a constant presence by posting assignments, tutorials, and other useful info related to class.
I'm not completely sure about this theme but I noticed that the thing they all have in common is the native American influence. Except the second image.
native american theme. uh yeah. it's just things that i think of. 1st image is the declaration of the merciless indian. 2nd pollution. 3rd the urban indian soul. 4th wounded knee. 5th animal totem.
I feel like the gas mask on the planet couldve been a great theme to go with. Humans polluting Earth. All of your images are pretty well done except for the Fox. The lighting and colors dont match. But this is definately the best work you've done so far.
I see the connection of the Earth/pollution/energy conservation pic to the others in that Native Americans naturally took care of their Mother Earth. The rest of the world needs to catch up to the past that was on this Continent before Europeans came here and started to trash the place, then the whole world.

Can you explain your theme please? I really like the one in the city with the butterflies for some reason...
i agree i like the butterfly one alot but i dont think i understand the theme either..

this is definitely the best work you've done in this class so far! I wish you could provide a more detailed theme description.

indian theme??? different agree with everyone else in the fact tht this is your best work.. i like the man lying in the snow but yet it the flag.

Good cohesive theme, in my opinion.
The Native American stuff is kind of all tied together but it seems like it could have been more narrowed. I like the gas mask globe.
